Smart-E Process

  1. Confirm Scope of Work
    Good Life Energy Savers LLC will meet with you to discuss an energy efficient solution for your home.
  2. Apply for Smart-E Loan Pre-Approval
    You apply for a Smart-E Loan with one of the nine participating Smart-E lenders. Find a participating lender here.
  3. Smart-E Project Approval
    Good Life Energy Savers will submit the project to CT Green Bank for technical review.
  4. Close Your Loan with Your Lender
    Your lender will contact you to schedule loan closing once the project is approved.
