Our Process

Learn About Our Dense Pack Wall Insulation Installation Process

Dense Packing exterior walls is simple and quick – from site preparation to cleanup.

What follows is a brief account of the installation process:

  1. We remove a row of siding.
A certified installer carefully removes a row or two of siding from your home.
  2. Small holes are drilled between the studs.
Small holes are drilled between the studs in the walls.
  3. A hose is gently inserted.
A hose is gently inserted into the hole, and Propink L77 fiberglass is injected into the empty wall space.
  4. Plugs are inserted, and siding is re-installed.
Exterior holes are capped with secure beveled plugs, specifically designed this purpose. Then the siding is re-installed, leaving the home in the same condition as we found it.
  5. Final walk-through – Your home is as good as new!
The final step is a walk-through with you, to ensure we have met all of your expectations.

Customer Reviews

No Cleaning
"The team including the estimator was very professional. They explained the process and everything they said was going to be done was done. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home from work there was no cleaning for me to do after they were done. GREAT JOB GUYS."

-Seymour J. West Haven, CT

Don’t have to use AC
"They worked very efficiently and the crew leader Mike explained to me very clearly about the whole process before the work got started. They did what they say they’d do and I am very happy with them. We are having a third heat wave (90+ *F) in NY and I don't have to use AC as much as the year before."

-Newton, C. Ossining, NY
